What Livings does, and does not, take responsibility for when you use Air Offices.
Other users
Livings and an Air Office are not responsible for fraud or scams committed by other users on the platform. A listing, a message, a review, or a request can come from someone Livings has not met.
Check the office, the agent, and the property yourself before you pay anyone or hand over documents.
What Livings will do
The most Livings will do is provide the information of the office. That can include the office name, the public profile, and the contact details the office put on Livings.
Livings does not guarantee a sale, a rental, a valuation, or the conduct of an office or an agent.
Verification
A blue tick means Livings reviewed that office's documents and the one-time verification fee was paid. It is not a promise that every person connected to the office will act honestly.
An office without a blue tick is non-verified.
