  • Company Profile Branding

1.3 User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Not upload false or misleading content

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

  • All payments are final except where our Refund Policy applies.

You are responsible for all content you upload, including:

  • Photos
  • Property details
  • Service portfolios
  • Skill profiles
  • Branding materials

Livings reserves the right to remove any content that violates guidelines.

1.6 Service Availability

Livings may experience:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Unexpected downtime
  • Feature updates

We are not responsible for losses due to such interruptions.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

Livings is not liable for:

  • Miscommunication between buyers, sellers, or service providers
  • Hotel partners' service quality
  • Verification of property ownership (users must verify independently)
  • Damages from third-party actions
  • Loss of data due to user actions

1.8 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Local laws
  • Security rules
  • App Store policies

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and applicable international standards.
