Livings offers a set of value-added services to buyers and tenants to ensure a secure and smooth property transaction experience. However, please note that Livings does not intervene in, nor is it responsible for, any agreements or dealings between the parties involved (buyers, sellers, tenants, or realtors).
Services Provided:
- Document Verification: Ensuring all property-related documents are authentic and complete.
- Fund Transaction Monitoring: Overseeing the safe and proper handling of financial transactions.
- Preparation of Legal Documents: Drafting legal documentation for buyers, sellers, or tenants. (Government fees and taxes are not included.)
- Transaction Oversight: Monitoring the entire process to promote transparency and efficiency.
- Document Collection & Filing: Receiving and securely filing all essential documentation.
- Document Delivery: Dispatching or delivering original files/documents to the new rightful owner.
